Ayes (8) Nays (0). <br />Chairman VanNest moved, Pesek seconded that the Starkey sub- Roy Starkey <br />division (Plat 41329, Parcel 5200) creating 2 lots be approved, <br />conditioned on Mr. Starkey providing a public right -of -way for <br />access to the rear lot on a preliminary plat. Ayes (8) Nays (0). <br />Commissioner Kallstad reported to the Planning Commission on City Hall Site <br />the work the site committee has completed. It was Mr. Kall- Selection Committee <br />stad's opinion that the City property at French Lake would be <br />suitable for the Public Works Department, and the property in <br />Crystal Bay seemed to be too small for the new facilities. <br />The committee has made inquiries into obtaining the Scott <br />Estate: <br />Pesek moved, Guthrie seconded that the meeting be adjourned <br />at 1:20 A.M. <br />
