Our <br /> records indicate that no inspections were conducted on this project. The City requires a tear off <br /> inspection and a final inspection when complete. It has also come to the City's attention that an <br /> entry roof was added with that project. Your application for a building permit makes no mention <br /> of the roof addition. If it had the City would have required a survey showing its location and a <br /> framing plan showing its construction. <br /> Unfortunately the zoning district you are in requires a 100' setback from the front property line. <br /> Therefore the City must require you to remove the roof addition or if you feel you have a <br /> hardship you could apply for a variance to the required setback. A deadline of 08-23-01 has <br /> been established for removal or variance application submittals. <br /> Please feel free to contact me at my office if you have any questions.
