If a driveway is proposed, it must be shown <br /> on the survey. <br /> Also, according to City Code Section 78-1434(3)(c) requires a covenant for accessory structures over 1,000 sf. Please <br /> provide me with the full name(s) of the property owners,or if a business,the company name. I will then have the <br /> covenant drafted and let you know when it is ready for you to come to the City offices and sign before a notary.
