John Menge, the owner of this property, <br /> has asked for an extension of one month to secure additional bids <br /> for the septic repair. <br /> Soil testing and system design has been approved by the City <br /> and progress is being made towards the completion of repairs, so <br /> staff has determined that a one month extension is reasonable. <br /> The new deadline for the withdrawal of a permit for the repair of <br /> the existing septic system will be August 1, 1992.
