They are as follows: <br /> 1) Plumbing and heating noises. <br /> 2) Leaking windows under certain rain conditions <br /> 3) Roofing problems in the porch connection to the house and its valleys and flashings. <br /> 4) Cosmetic crack in front stoop. <br /> As we have discussed, these are not code violations and the City has no enforcement power <br /> associated to them. I do feel,however,that a responsible builder would take care of these items for <br /> their customers.
