The <br /> following; is an item-by-item response to your concerns: <br /> Our measurement to the edge of the sill indicates an 8" rise. Method oi'measurement <br /> is open to interpretation. No action to be taken. <br /> Front stoop is cracked. It is now apparent this is a structural problem and must be <br /> repaired. Options would be to replace the stoop and its foundation or to repair per <br /> a structural engineer's recommendations. <br /> Leek of seal around patio doors, etc. Doors and windows must he installed per <br /> manul'acturer's requirements. Contractor to receive manufacturer's approval on <br /> repair~. <br /> Mound septic docs not meet cede. Absorption width to he increased to meet code <br /> requirements. <br /> Reseal joints on manhole rises. Stevc Weckman wilnes5cd this work. and after <br /> regrading around tanks, no leakage has been detected. No action to he taken. <br /> Class B flue noises. Wall must he opened up lily inspection of firestop installation. <br /> The air conditioning unit does not have proper clearance.
