� o <br /> � � <br /> � o 0 <br /> �� C ITY of ORONO <br /> � <br /> � � <br /> .. , . � <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ��l ��'~ <br /> `�kES�I�g' NO. 5 5 7 4 . <br /> A RESOLUTION <br /> APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br /> DIESEN DEVELOPMENT <br /> FILE #06-3169 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and , <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") <br /> has adopted subdivision and land development regulations for the orderly, economic and safe <br /> � development of land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application by Christopher H. � <br /> • Diesen (hereinafter the "applicant") for subdivision of property located at 1100 Townline Road <br /> and legally described as follows: <br /> That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 30, Township 118, <br /> Range 23, described as beginning at the intersection of the west line of said Section 30 and . <br /> , the south line of the north 369.48 feet of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; <br /> thence easterly along said south line 1215.22 feet; thence southerly deflecting to the,right <br /> 91 degrees 48 minutes 25 seconds to the north line of the south 446.2 feet of said Northwest <br /> Quarter of the Southwest Quarter;thence westerly along said north line to said west line of <br /> Section 30; thence northerly along said west line of the point of beginning, Hennepin <br /> County,Minnesota(hereinafter"the property"); and _ <br /> WHEREAS, on March 13ih, 2006 the City Cotuicil adopted Resolution No. 5435 <br /> granting Preliminary Plat Approval for the proposed development of a two-lot plat for single <br /> family residential purposes; and <br /> ' WHEREAS, the Developer has completed or has agreed to complete all other <br /> � requirements of the platting regulations of the City including: <br /> 1. Completion of all platting requirements of Preliminary Plat Resolution No. 5435. <br /> • 2.
