These changes were <br /> not approved with the property's Building Permit. <br /> The approved site plan had 24.95% hardcover where 25% is allowed. Since the Certificate of <br /> Occupancy was issued driveway, landscaping with fabric and patios have been added. There has <br /> also been fill added in the back corner of the lot up to the property line where a 5' setback is <br /> required. A fence has been added that is taller than permitted by city code. Fences are allowed <br /> to be 6' max height in certain locations. Fences are measured from existing grade. <br /> This letter is to require you to remove the excess hardcover and fill, and to lower the fence to 6' <br /> or less from existing grade. A deadline of October 14, 2002 has been established for <br /> compliance. If this deadline is not met The City will initiate legal action.
