I have a few questions pertaining to what can and can not be done on <br /> this property. Before any investment is made or building plans drafted I want to know everything there is to <br /> know about the building rules. I do appreciate all your help and information. <br /> There is currently a home and a boat house on the property. <br /> The plan for the property would be to remove/demo the existing home. Build a new home. Keep the boat <br /> house. <br /> Can you please answer a few questions for me? <br /> A. What are the hardcover restrictions? Is there a CUP available to exceed? Do you have a survey that has <br /> the dimensions of the lot and possibly sf of the lot you could send me? <br /> B. What are the garage/accessory space allowed? Does the existing boathouse count toward this? If the <br /> new home has an upper and lower garage (spancrete) are they both counted individually or is the below grade <br /> one not counted? Would a covered drive count toward the accessory space? <br /> C. What is the lake setback and is it measured from the OHW? Are there rules on line of sight with where <br /> the neighbors homes are located? What are the side yard and street setbacks? <br /> D. What is the lowest floor elevation? <br /> E. Is the existing home connected to city sewer and water? Can water for irrigation be taken from the <br /> lake? <br /> F. What is the height restriction and where is it measured from? <br /> G. Are there any other rules and regs we should know? <br /> Your help is very much appreciated.
