Special care will need to be exercised in creating the drainage pattern on the north side of the property to <br /> ensure that run off is not directed onto the neighboring properties. <br /> 2. The plan shows that the existing well is located where the proposed foundation for the new house is <br /> planned. The Well should be sealed by a licensed well driller prior to commencement of foundation work. The <br /> new well location should be depicted on the site plan. <br /> 3. Double silt fence must be provided for any work indicated within 50'of a wetland. <br /> 4.
