The contractor must provide a minimum of a 24 hour notice prior to <br /> inspection. <br /> Double silt fence must be provided for any work indicated within 50'of a wetland. <br /> Erosion control shall be installed and maintained throughout the entire project and must <br /> remain until vegetation has been established. vv <br /> A haul route shall be submitted to the City Engineer for approval and inspection prior to <br /> commencement of hauling from the site.The property owner shall be responsible for cleaning <br /> and repair of roadways for any adverse impacts. <br /> The existing well is where the proposed foundation is planned. The existing well should be <br /> sealed by a licensed well driller. <br /> No underground sewer within 20 feet of proposed well. <br /> Provide the Building Official a copy of the special inspection and final reports. <br /> Special care needs to be exercised in creating the drainage pattern on the north side of the <br /> property to ensure that run off is not directed onto the neighboring property. <br /> Any changes to the approved landscape plan dated 11-29-17 must be submitted to the City for <br /> approval prior to commencement. <br /> Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy an as-built survey and hardcover calculations <br /> must be submitted and approved. <br /> In the event of winter or other extended unfavorable weather conditions(which prevent the j <br /> completion of the exterior improvements and/or as-built survey)a Temporary Certificate of <br /> Occupancy(TCO) may be necessary.
