CERTIFICATION <br /> Frank Svoboda completed the flagging of the wetland boundary on 10/22/2014 and Nick <br /> McCabe collected sample data on 11/05/2014. This delineation was performed according to the <br /> procedures described by the US Army Corps of Engineers in the 1987 Wetlands Delineation <br /> Manual and the 2010 Midwest Region Supplement Wetland Delineation Manual.
