Following are my comments for your consideration: <br /> 1. The 4" perforated draintile should be installed without a silt sock. Due to issues with the fabric <br /> clogging, silt sock can greatly reduce the effectiveness of the Trench Drain. <br /> 2. The heavy landscape fabric should be left open on the top, allowing direct contact between the <br /> landscape rock and clear limestone. This fabric is also susceptible to clogging and can greatly reduce the <br /> drain's effectiveness. <br /> 3. The MCWD permit has been approved, and a copy was submitted for the City's information. <br /> 4.
