Based on our November 2, <br /> 2018 TEP field meeting, all 0.022 acres of permanent impacts are presumed to be regulated by the WCA. <br /> COE approved wetland mitigation credits are proposed to be withdrawn from Jeff Montang's wetland bank #1310 <br /> located in Hennepin County, bank service area no. 7. This is the same county and bank service area as the proposed <br /> wetland impacts.
