Cramer <br /> Builders & Remodelers, #LA19-000040,requesting removal of over 500 cubic yards <br /> of material in conjunction with the construction of a new single family home at 3280 <br /> Fox Street. <br /> I am the owner of the property located at 3300 Fox Street and wish to bring the <br /> following points to the attention of the Commission as you consider this application. <br /> 1. The building as proposed would be subject to the restrictions contained in <br /> the Home Owners Association Agreement, which places certain restrictions <br /> on development without the consent of the homeowners party to this <br /> agreement. <br /> 2. Recent construction in this Fox Street (Gobbins Farm) development has <br /> resulted in damage to the roadway.Accordingly, any proposed construction <br /> should be contingent upon an agreement to repair any damage caused by <br /> heavy equipment, trucks, etc.,using this private roadway. <br /> 3. Builder should agree to meet with affected homeowners to gain their <br /> agreement as to specific plans for this property prior to the Commission <br /> acting on this request. <br /> I will not be able to attend the scheduled meeting due to the short notice 1 <br /> have received.
