Our records indicate there <br /> are several open inspections. The contractor that pulled the permit was required to call when the work was <br /> ready to be inspected. <br /> Permit Number: 2015-00870 <br /> Contractor: Twin City Fireplace Stone Co, Inc. <br /> Type of Work: Mechanical—rough-in, air test and final for gas fireplace <br /> Permit Number: 2015-00838 <br /> Contractor: Stewart Plumbing, Inc. <br /> Type of Work: Plumbing-final <br /> Please call 952-249-4600 to schedule the inspections within 10 business days so we can verify correct <br /> installation for your safety. If this project has not been inspected within the 10 days allotted a new permit will <br /> be required before this work can be inspected. If we do not receive a response your property address file will <br /> reflect an uninspected improvement and could be problematic when selling your home. <br /> According to the permits numbers 2014-01310 and 2014-01222, prior to the release of the $2,500 currently <br /> held in escrow an as-built survey and hardcover calculations must be submitted. Copy of permits are enclosed. <br /> After the as-built survey and hardcover calculations have been approved the escrow money will be refunded. <br /> Please note all expenditures, including escrow refunds, require council approval.
