The most current survey has a revised date of 11/17/15 (which is the basis for Adam Edwards' <br /> comments below) and a landscape plan from Mark Hauri dated 11/05/15. We will work to address all comments as follows: <br /> -We will/are having the calculations ran for the cut/fill on this portion of the project. <br /> -We will address the drainage concerns and assure lot 2&3 will not be negatively impacted. <br /> - Erosion control is in place now as a continuos control over the 2 lots.
