He discussed the hollow `leaning <br /> Oak' near street with Dennis and Shawn—neat tree, but I agreed to take it out if owners <br /> gave permission. He will make a final cleaning and I will get Stump Busters back for <br /> stumps and Buckthorns. Asked Todd to try to clear culvert under driveway that was <br /> buried. <br /> 8-17. Monday. Jeffrey set meeting for 11 AM today to discuss road area <br /> and filling possibilities—got permission to fill and relocate to the north the curb cut - <br /> hold culvert if utilized to 50 feet of length. Dave will see if any maintenance personnel <br /> have any history on the culverts, etc. (Bruce cleared it all up). Took$50 application <br /> with me for curb cut re-locate should we change it. <br /> DRAINAGE CULVERT. Bruce at Orono confirmed Shawn's original statement of the <br /> pipe following the sewer line to the Lake. Lakeside washout gully was from this, and part <br /> of the Permit responsibilities is to cap it off at the street and just allow the water to collect <br /> there on the Northerly neighbor's property to be dealt with as surface water.NOT <br /> ALLOWED TO CULVERT THE RUNNOFF WATER TO THE LAKE. I will inform <br /> the Realtor for the northerly property that shares the drainage ditch if he calls—we know <br /> him. Will jointly fill and groom the areas. <br />
