It is our first year as empty nesters-very odd to not send kids off to <br /> school! Enjoy your little ones, it goes so fast! <br /> We are done fixing the erosion and creating swale to direct the water away from the neighbors little cabin. <br /> Based on Brent's conversations with your gang he didn't do all the rock we discussed but rather a grass swale for the <br /> majority. The rock work was outside of the 75'. As a result very little dirt was moved, nothing new was added and the <br /> amount removed was used to restore the erosion path. <br /> Is there a chance we can avoid another survey? It just didn't end up being much of a project after all and the difference is <br /> very subtle. <br /> I assume someone will need to come look at it. Let me know on the survey.
