CERTIFICATION <br /> Frank Svoboda completed the flagging of the wetland boundary on 10/7/15 and sample data was <br /> collected on 10/15/15. This delineation was performed according to the procedures described by <br /> the US Army Corps of Engineers in the 1987 Wetlands Delineation Manual and the 2010 <br /> Midwest Region Supplement Wetland Delineation Manual.
