If the walls are more than 4' in <br /> height, the applicant will need to supply engineering drawings with the application. <br /> • A retaining wall is shown right on the property line, but all retaining walls need to be positioned at least 5'from <br /> property lines. <br /> • There is no sidewalk shown from the garage to the house. This will be a well traveled area and there needs to <br /> be a sidewalk accounted for in the design and hardcover calculations. City code requires a minimum of 24"wide <br /> sidewalk.
