November 25, 2009 <br /> We own 720 Tonkawa Road in Orono and have engaged Weir Properties, Inc. to construct a <br /> second story and entry addition to the house. <br /> We wish to construct a 36 square foot entry porch rather than the 16 square foot entry porch <br /> approved by Resolution No. 5857. We intend to request the approval be revised to allow the <br /> larger porch. If we are unable to obtain a revised approval we will remove 20 square feet of the <br /> deck as shown on the attached plan before a Certificate of Occupancy is issued. <br /> We agree to reduce hardcover in the 75 to 250 foot zone by at least 474 square feet as shown on <br /> the attached plan, bringing hardcover in this zone to no more than the approved 51.8%.
