<br /> We have reviewed the revised grading plan dated 8-7-03 for the proposed new home construction at 680
<br /> Tonkawa Road. Also included in the submittal are drainage calculations and drainage area maps.We have the
<br /> following comments in regards to engineering matters.
<br /> • The revised swale grades at 5% are acceptable.
<br /> • The drainage calculations and associated drainage area maps show no increase in flows after the new home
<br /> is constructed.The proposed grading and drainage plan actually diverts less water onto adjacent properties
<br /> and is acceptable.
<br /> • The erosion and sediment control measures should be in place,inspected and approved by the city prior to
<br /> any grading or construction activities.
