Planning staff conducted a <br /> preliminary review based on the information provided and requests the following items be submitted or revised in <br /> order for your application to be considered complete and for the plan review to continue: <br /> 1. Certificate of Survey. Please provide two copies of an updated,full-size certificate of survey which meets all <br /> of the City's survey standards(enclosed)specifically including or clarifying the following(please note,our <br /> engineer has not reviewed the survey,so additional comments from our engineer may be forthcoming): <br /> a. First Floor Elevation. Please identify the proposed first floor elevation on the survey. <br /> b. Top of Foundation. The top of foundation measurement location is not identified on the survey. <br /> Please have the survey identify the point or spot where the top of foundation elevation will be <br /> measured. Please note,we expect the location to be consistent when submitting the foundation as- <br /> built survey. <br /> c. Erosion Control Plan. <br /> 2. Landscape Plan.A landscape plan has been submitted which shows some of the proposed <br /> exterior/landscaping improvements, i.e. patios,grading,sidewalks, retaining walls,etc. However,there are <br /> two walls shown on the proposed survey which are not reflected on the proposed landscape plan such as the <br /> wall along the south side of the home and the rock border at the 75-foot setback. Please clarify and <br /> coordinate the plan and survey. <br /> 3.
