They appear to be revised site/grading plans. Changes from the last plan <br /> appear to be the addition of some retaining walls. I've stamped it approved however have the following comments. <br /> 1. The site plan still does not depict the sanitary sewer line. (note- I red lined it on the last set of plans) see also <br /> green line on image below. Any earth disturbing activities within its vicinity must be coordinated with Public <br /> works to ensure adequate cover(min of 8 ft) is retained above the pipe. <br /> 1 <br />
