Attached shows the tent with 10' of clearance <br />from our building and 14' from the property line (19' from the adjacent building) of an adjacent property that we own as <br />well. Attached is the CAD of the structure showing the doorway/exit sign placement, fire extinguishers, heaters and <br />lighting. Also included is overflow parking areas, any overflow on the East side of Shoreline DR is served by two lighted <br />crosswalks. Again Your Boat Club on the East side of Shoreline Dr is closed for the season for the period that we are <br />looking at having the structure present. Our company is partners in the ownership of adjacent properties 1444,1442 and <br />1442 Shoreline Drive. Again we request an allowance on the 20' set back from our 1444 Shoreline building from the Fire <br />Marshall. <br />As for the propane supply, for the heaters, we look for input on placement. Options we have discussed are in front of <br />the house at 1442 just off the gravel parking lot, behind the tent on the blacktop on 1444 or behind the building at 1444. <br />Do we need a permit for the propane supply as well? <br />Please let me know what else you may need from us on our end.
