Approval of the Conditional Use Permits shall have the following conditions: <br />a. Final plat approval <br />b. Approval for all permits related to the MCWD <br />c. Applicant shall receive approval from the DNR Commission prior to received land <br />alteration permit <br />d. WCA Approval <br />e. No parking on Ivy Place at any time <br />f. Beach Improvements stall be limited to the project scope. <br />g. A review of the road condition must be done before and after construction, any <br />damage will be repaired by developer. <br />h. Hauling hours are limited to 7:30-3:00pm and 4:00pm-8:00pm while school is in <br />session <br />i.
