Purpose. The purpose of this action item is to gain approval of the Carman Bay Lake <br />Improvement District Agreement. <br />2. Background. The cooperative agreement between the City and the CBLID has been <br />prepared for consideration of insurance, costs, and liability responsibilities between the <br />City and the CBLID. <br />3. Staff Recommendation. Staff recommends approval of the Cooperative Agreement <br />between the City of Orono and the Carman Bay Lake Improvement District. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion to approve the Agreement between the City and the Carman Bay Lake Improvement <br />District as presented. <br />Exhibit <br />Exhibit A.
