Consent Agenda — Consent agenda items are considered to be routine items to be enacted upon by <br />one motion by the City Council under this section of the agenda. Items on the Consent Agenda are <br />reviewed in total by the City Council and may be approved through one motion with no further <br />discussion by the Council. Any item may be removed by any Council Member, staff member or <br />person from the public for separate consideration. The City Council may add agenda items to be <br />considered as part of the Consent motion. If you wish to remove any item from the Consent Agenda, <br />please state the item number and description of the item.
