<br />SPEGIFIG ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ISSUES ARISING FROM CONSTRUCTION ON THE SITE.
<br />12. THE GONTRAGTOR SHALL MAINTAIN THE SITE IN FIRST -GLASS CONDITION DURING THE PROJECT. ALL WASTE
<br />AND DEBRIS SHALL PROMPTLY BE REMOVED. CONSIDERATION SHALL BE GIVEN TO MATERIAL STORAGE ON
<br />THE SITE AND ITS IMPACT ON ADJOINING NEIGHBORS.
<br />13. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE FINAL GLEANING OF ALL INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR SURFACES. ALL
<br />TRANSPARENT MATERIALS ARE TO BE LEFT IN A POLISHED CONDITION. REMOVE ALL LABELS THAT ARE NOT
<br />INTENDED TO REMAIN AS PERMANENT INSTRUCTION INFORMATION.
<br />14. GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE INSTRUCTIONS TO THE OWNER PERTAINING TO OPERATION AND
<br />MAINTENANCE OF MEGHANIGAL AND ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT. COMPILE AND FORWARD TO THE OWNER ALL
<br />MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS DATA AND WARRANTIES IN THE FORM OF A WELL -ORGANIZED OWNERS
