Staff recommends approval. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />The action requested for this application is as follows: <br />1. The Council should first consider a motion to waive the Planning Commission's public <br />hearing and hold the public hearing at the November 13th meeting. <br />2. Following an affirmative vote to hold the public hearing, the Council should open the <br />public hearing and receive comments. <br />3.
