The guest house was removed from the property in 2008 and has been vacant since that <br />time. The property owners wish to construct a new residence on the property. Due to the <br />extreme setback of the home on 1700 Shoreline Drive, which is the only adjacent lakeshore lot, <br />an average Lakeshore setback is required.
