General Information SRF Consulting Group, Inc. is a full-service consulting firm with a broad base of award-winning planning, landscape architecture, engineer- ing, and design services. SRF was established in 1961 and is headquar- ted in Plymouth offices in Minneapolis, Minnesota; Bismarck, and Fargo, North Dakota; Madison and Milwaukee, Wisconsin; and Omaha, Nebraska.
