Waughr Associate AIA, LEEDAP <br />Building Investigation Specialist <br />Philip holds a Masters Degree in Historic Preservation and has extensive experience <br />with building investigations, material research and construction methods. Philip <br />previously served as the preservation specialist at the St. Paul Heritage Preservation <br />Commission, and as a preservation carpenter for the University of Oregon. He has <br />taught classes on historic building maintenance and historic building materials for the <br />Midwest Preservation Institute and sat on their advisory committee. Philip <br />teaches a graduate level course on Sustainable Design and Preservation for the <br />University of Minnesota School of Architecture College of Design.
