Purpose. The purpose of this action item is to approve the below listed garbage & refuse <br />collector license. <br />2. Background. The garbage & refuse collector license applicant has met the requirements <br />and have all submitted a complete application. <br />3. Garbage & Refuse Collector License to be Approved <br />a. Republic Services <br />9813 Flying Cloud Drive <br />Eden Prairie, MN 55347 <br />4. Staff Recommendation. Staff is recommending approval of the above listed license <br />based on the applicant meeting the licensing requirements and having a history of <br />compliance with no complaints in recent years. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion to approve the Garbage Hauler License for Republic Services. <br />Exhibit <br />Exhibit A.
