EXHIBIT B <br />PROPOSED FINAL LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS: <br />1720 BOHNS POINT ROAD <br />Lot 3, Auditor's Subdivision No. 349 Hennepin County, Minn. except that part thereof described as <br />follows: Commencing at the point of intersection of the Southeasterly line of Lot 11 in said Auditor's <br />Subdivision No. 349 and the dividing line between Lots 3 and 4 in said subdivision; thence <br />Southeasterly along the dividing line between said Lots 3 and 4 a distance of 114.85 feet to the angle <br />point in said dividing line, said point being the actual point of beginning of the tract of land to be <br />described; thence Southerly along the dividing line between said Lots 3 and 4 a distance of 130 feet; <br />thence East deflecting to the left at an angle of 90 degrees, 14 minutes to the shore of Lake Minnetonka; <br />thence Northerly along shore of said lake 160 feet more or less to the dividing line between Lots 2 and 3 <br />in said subdivision; thence Westerly along the dividing line between said Lots 2 and 3 to the angle point <br />in last said dividing line; thence continuing Westerly in a straight line to the actual point of beginning; <br />except the Westerly 20 feet thereof, said 20 feet being measured at right angles to the dividing line <br />between said Lots 3 and 4, and <br />An undivided 1/18 interest in and to: <br />Lots 10 and 11, Auditor's Subdivision No. 349 Hennepin County, Minn. <br />AND <br />That part of Lot 4, Auditor's Subdivision No. 349, Hennepin County, Minnesota that lies northeasterly <br />and easterly of the following described line: <br />Commencing at the most northerly comer of said Lot 4; thence southwesterly along the northwesterly <br />line of said Lot 4, along a curve concave to the northwest, an arc length of 18.52 feet, said curve has a <br />radius of 79.35 feet, a delta angle of 13'22'14" and a chord of 18.48 feet which bears S 45°57'26" W <br />(bearing based on the Hennepin County Coordinate System, NAD 83, 1986 adjustment); thence <br />continuing along the northwesterly line of said Lot 4, S 52038'32" W, tangent to the last described <br />curve, a distance of 3.00 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence S 42'57'12" E <br />a distance of 126.10 feet; thence S 04°26'28" E a distance of 323 feet, more or less, to the shoreline of <br />Lake Minnetonka, and said line there terminating.
