Purpose. The purpose of this action item is to approve the professional service agreement between <br />the city and WSB and Associates. <br />2. Background. The Council selected WSB and Associates to complete the Navarre Area Plan at its <br />meeting on August 141. The next step is the formal acceptance of the service agreement, which spells out <br />responsibilities and expectations. The city attorney has reviewed the agreement. <br />3. Staff Recommendation. Staff recommends accepting the agreement as presented, formally <br />commencing the work. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign the agreement. <br />Exhibits <br />Exhibit A.
