I received notice about <br />the upcoming city council meeting on that topic and, as I am not certain that I will be able to attend, I would <br />like to submit my comment in writing: <br />I strongly support the formation of the LID and I would like to thank Steve Nielsen, Kevin Kennefick, Mary <br />Tucker, Mary Drazen, and Mark Kieper for all their work in getting it established. <br />Cheers, <br />James <br />
