Furnish and install Insulation, Asphalt Fiberglass Shingles, Kynar Coated <br /> ' Fascia and Flashing, and Deck Repairs. Roof systems as approved by <br /> Consultant and as specified. <br /> ' 1.02 SYSTEM DESCRIPTION <br /> ' A. All existing shingles, plywood, and base sheet shall be removed from the roof <br /> surface. Substrate shall be clean and prepared for application. <br /> ' B. Install one layer of 15 Ib. base felts as per approval. <br /> C. Fiberglass shingles shall be applied over the designated roof area. <br /> ' D. Kynar coated Fascia flashing system shall be installed as specified. <br /> E. Miscellaneous flashings, caulking and accessories shall be installed. <br /> ' 1.03 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br /> A. Application Qualifications: <br /> 1. The applicator shall be experienced with shingle installation and <br /> substrate preparation and methods of application. <br /> 2.
