Remove all existing rubber membrane built-up roofing, flashing, and metal work <br /> ' roofing to be removed down to the deck. <br /> tkstb#4W-coat�­bas6sheet and fasten as per NRCA details. <br /> t2. One layer of two inch (2") Isocyanurate Insulation and one layer of one-half inch <br /> (1/2") HD Fiberboard Insulation will be installed as the base layers of insulation. <br /> One layer of additional layer of High Density Fiberboard will be installed at base of <br /> shingle roof four feet wide. All joints of the insulation will be staggered. Tapered <br /> roof edge strip at one-half inch (1/2") down to zero (0") inches twelve inches (12") <br /> ' wide will be used to taper transition from one layer of HD Fiberboard to the next. <br /> 3. Wood blocking to meet top of new insulation before cant strip is installed. Install <br /> new 6"wood cant strip. <br /> ' 4. Install three (3) plies of Type VI Felt in a solid application of Asphalt Bitumen. <br /> 5. Install new Mineral Surfaced 160 Mil SBS Coated Polyester Membrane over base <br /> roof and at perimeter. <br /> ' 6. New Nervastrol will be used at perimeter. <br /> 7. Install new Kynar Coated scupper downspouts. All Scuppers are to be sumped. <br /> 8. Install new Kynar coated metal on perimeter. Metal to be two piece and cover <br /> the entire wood fascia. <br /> ' 9. Upon completion of roof work issue a Ten Year Manufacturer's. <br /> ' SHINGLE ROOF REPLACEMENT <br /> ' 1. Remove all existing shingle roofing, wood nailers down to the wood deck. <br /> 2. Install an underlayment of a 15 Ib asphalt base sheet as approved by the shingle <br /> ' manufacturer. Fastening to the existing wood deck as needed. <br /> 4. InstaWnew pressure treated wood blocking where shingle roof meets flat section. <br /> i <br /> 23 <br />
