The permit should not be issued until the <br /> as built is submitted by the developer per the development agreement. <br /> 1. A separate Utility Permit will be required for sewer and water connections. <br /> 2. Double silt fence should be provided for any work indicated within 50'of a wetland. <br /> 3. Perimeter sediment control measures should be installed by the Contractor and inspected by the City prior to <br /> any work, including demolition.
