We tore down a 6 foot tall fence along the property line and started the <br /> grading up from that line. The measurements of the be <br /> South of Driveway: Length 81' CITY OF ORONO <br /> Width 22' SITE PLAN GRADING PLAN <br /> Height 3.5' Fe APPROVED - C3Gltft\ <br /> ❑ APPROVED WITH REVISIONS <br /> North of Driveway: Length 57' ❑ DISAPP F E D <br /> Width 18' BY <br /> Height 2.5' DATE_ o <br /> We are scheduled to install 30 evergreen trees on the top of the berm the week of <br /> August 25th. The trees will be shipped in from a tree farm in Wisconsin some time that <br /> week. In addition, we have plans to build between 6 and 8 brick columns along the front <br /> of the berm along the property line. Please advise as to what, if any, additional permits <br /> we need to apply for. We were not aware that we were required to apply for a grading <br /> permit when landscaping the yard.
