We tore down a 6 foot tall fence along the property line and started the <br /> grading up from that line. The trees will be shipped in from a tree farm in Wisconsin some time that <br /> week. In addition, we have plans to build between 6 and 8 brick columns along the front <br /> of the berm along the property line. Please advise as to what, if any, additional permits <br /> we need to apply for. We were not aware that we were required to apply for a grading <br /> permit when landscaping the yard.
