(reserved for recording data) <br />RELEASE OF ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT <br />AGREEMENT made this day of , 2017, by and between the <br />CITY OF ORONO, a Minnesota municipal corporation ("City"); and SEAN FOY, a single <br />person ("Landownerr") <br />1. BACKGROUND. The City granted the Landowner permission to encroach upon <br />the City's easement area pursuant to an Encroachment Agreement dated August 4, 2009, and <br />recorded September 1, 2009 with the Hennepin County Recorder as Document No. A9414702 <br />for property legally described as: Lot 9, Wallace's Addition to the Village of Minnetonka <br />Beach ("Property"). The City and Landowner desire to release the Property from the <br />Encroachment Agreement. <br />2. RELEASE OF ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT. The parties hereby <br />release the existing Encroachment Agreement as it relates to the Property. <br />3. RECORDING.
