It would deprive all surround- <br />ing properties of this "key element that adds to the quality of life." <br />Compliant Uses <br />As we began, we recognize that the property owner has the right to build <br />something on the site. We encourage consideration of a project that is con- <br />sistent with the setting and respectful of the wetland and neighbors. This <br />could be garden homes (like the project across County Road 19 from the <br />site) or a few upscale townhomes or condominiums. <br />Planning Commission Meeting/Questions <br />We look forward to discussing this material with the Commission at the <br />June 19th meeting.
