From what Alex <br />showed us today, he assuaged our concerns for his apartment/condo project <br />at Freshwater. We were impressed with the quality of the update of the <br />Freshwater building. <br />Regarding the proposed project, we definitely would prefer condos to <br />apartments as owners obviously have a financial investment to protect.
