To consider a resolution approving a conditional use permit to repair a lake slope <br />failure. <br />2. MN§15.99 Application Deadline. The application was received on April 19, 2017; and <br />considered as complete on May 13. The 60 -Day review period expires on July 12, 2017. <br />Background. At the June 12' meeting the Council reviewed the applicant's proposal to restore <br />their lake slope. The Council voted 5 to 0 to direct staff to draft a resolution for approval of the <br />CUP. <br />4. Staff Recommendation.
