Purpose. The purpose of this action item is to approve the resolution of denial for a proposed <br />temporary staging of construction activities associated with Hennepin County's CSAH 112 <br />(Wayzata Boulevard) Improvement Project at 3245 Wayzata Boulevard. <br />2. Application Deadline. A decision must be made by June 27, 2017. The timeline has been <br />extended once previously. If the applicant has not waived the 60 day rule, or the Council has not <br />made a decision by June 27, the project is approved. <br />3. Background. On June 12, 2017 the Council, directed staff to draft a resolution denying the <br />application for interim use of the property. Concerns including dust mitigation, appropriateness <br />of surrounding land uses, noise, and other environmental impacts were noted. Minutes are <br />attached as Exhibit B. <br />4. Staff Recommendation.
