Edwards Agenda Consent Agenda <br />Public Works Director/City Engineer Section: <br />1. Purpose. The purpose of this action item is to gain council approval of the Programmatic <br />Maintenance Agreement with the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD). <br />2. Background. As a condition of the City's Waterbody Crossing and Erosion Control Permit for the <br />Fox Street Project the Watershed is requiring a maintenance agreement with the City of Orono. Rather <br />than do a separate agreement for each permit the City requests from the watershed, staff requested the city <br />be able to enter into a programmatic agreement. <br />3. Cost. There are no direct costs associated with this agreement as these are maintenance items the city <br />already undertakes. <br />4. Staff Recommendation.
