WAYZATA FIRE SERVICE AGREEMENT — Continued <br />Walsh noted almost half of those were cancelled calls. <br />Van Eyll stated the majority of the calls that come through for the Long Lake Fire Department are smaller <br />events. <br />Printup asked whether the Highway 112 improvement project has impacted the response from the Fire <br />Department. <br />Van Eyll stated they do have the bypass through the cemetery road for emergency services. <br />Crosby moved, Printup seconded, to notify the Long Lake Fire Department of the City's intent to <br />increase their service coverage area as of January 1, 2018, and to notify the City of Wayzata of the <br />City's intent to discontinue Wayzata's Fire Department services at the end of 2017. <br />VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />Mattick stated he had nothing to report. <br />&"1 14111"11105 104 " <br />Seals moved, Dankey seconded, to adjourn the Orono City Council meeting at 10:04 p.m. VOTE: <br />Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />ATTEST: <br />Anna Carlson, City Clerk Dennis Walsh, Mayor <br />Page 19 of 19 <br />
