At that time the City Council adopted <br />Resolution No. 4027 dated January 26, 1998, which resolution requested conveyance of these parcels to <br />the City of Orono for Public Use. The public purpose for those parcels was listed as drainage and <br />conservation. <br />The status of these four parcels has not changed. Three of the four lots continue to be 80%-3.00% <br />wetland, and the fourth parcel has steep unbuildable slopes.
